Yes, particularly at the younger age groups.  During the spring and summer months especially, we understand that players may have other activities scheduled.  During the fall regular season, coaches do expect players to be committed to their soccer team practices and games.

Students Answer the Call to Help SHAKE

STUDENTS AROUND NASSAU COUNTY VOLUNTEER FOR SHAKE (SOCCER HELPING ACHIEVE KIDS EQUALITY). As more organizations have called on us for help, SHAKE has enlisted the assistance of high school students around the county to launch soccer drives in their schools. Cleats, uniforms and shin guards find new life for a needy child. Student volunteers will collect soccer gear and then SHAKE will clean and package them for shipping.
